kde-workspace-dev software package provides development files for the KDE Plasma Workspace, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kde-workspace-dev
kde-workspace-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kde-workspace-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kde-workspace-dev *
You will get with kde-workspace-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
